He is a graduate of Bachelor of Commerce with Advanced Accountancy from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. Possess the enthusiasm to acquire more knowledge; Mr. Ashraf Diab took higher studies earning Masters Degree in Auditing and Computer Education. He is also a member of Egyptian Record for Accountants & Auditors as “Chartered Accountant.” Hence, his previous work experiences as Financial Manager and chartered accountant made him qualified on the same position when joining KPRE in the year 2005. Since then, he has given a great contribution in standardizing the financial and organizational flows of the company. Being one of the major players in KPRE’s success made him to be acknowledged in the new designation as Financial and Administration Manager.. |

Mr. Nasim Omar Local Sales Manager
Mr. Nassim Omar has been one of the driving forces behind the Local Sales Division for the past eight years. He joined KPRE in 2002 after being involved in the Hospitality Industry. He is one of the persons who know most of the company’s history and of how we got to where we are today: the stories, the challenges and the success. His hard work and perseverance paid off as he currently holds the position of Local Sales General Manager. |

Graduate with Business Administration degree from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology, Alexandria, Egypt. Mr. Abdul Rahman El Sunni heads the Freehold Sales Team. Prior to his position as Freehold General Sales Manager, Mr. Abdul Rahman has more than seven years experience in various industries and a strong background in handling real estate sales in UAE. |

Mr. Habib Ur Rehman has over six years experience in information technology not only in Pakistan but also in other GCC countries. Mr. Habib Ur Rehman heads the IT Department, responsible in providing support, operation, maintenance and the best IT solutions for all projects that the company handles as well as ensuring operational efficiency of the existing and future administrative data systems. |

Ms. Reina Galanido Marketing and Facility Management Officer
Graduate with a degree of Bachelor of Science Major in Computer Science in Adamson University, Manila Philippines. Ms. Reina Galanido is the current Marketing In-Charge for the Marketing Department. She is responsible in handling the branding, marketing communication and advertising in the company. Prior to joining KPRE, Ms. Reina Galanido has an extensive experience in market analysis in an automotive company in the Philippines.

Mr. Asif Ali Leasing Manager
With a master degree in International Affair (Political Science) from University of Peshawar Mr. Asif Ali is working as head of the Leasing Department. He attended various world class trainings including TOPS & Class A. He has an extensive experience of more than 10 years in the field of marketing & sales with world’s top most multinational organizations. Being head of the Leasing Department Mr. Asif is responsible for all the leasing activities including rentals, evaluation and feasibility studies and training the new leasing staff. |
